Luke M de Zilva is an award-winning experimental songwriter and composer, living and working on Gadigal land, Eora / Sydney, Australia. His music is based on spacious storytelling created with reverberant guitar, strings and voice, often performed within – and responding to – unique acoustic environments, demonstrated through various creative projects with major Australian festivals and institutions. Luke has performed at and created works for the likes Dark Mofo, Sydney Festival, Volume festival at the Art Gallery of NSW, Phoenix Central Park, the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre and the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2024, Luke performed sold-out shows in the UK and Europe. Luke is also a 2025 Artist-in-Residence at Bundanon Trust.
